According to Jim Wallace , CEO of Intracoastal Realty Corp sales contracts are way up over last year… Check out the numbers for yourself::
Here are the numbers for the first ten weeks of the year: Transactions: 2009: 248 2010: 339 a 37% increase.
Volume: 2009 $69,527,000 2010 $104,654,218 a 51% increase.
Looks like our buyers are back in town.
